Our client, a leading Financial Sector company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance transformations projects, you will be responsible for developing and enabling the execution of change management plans to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives
- Manage the people side of change, including performing change assessments and identifying change risks
- Engage subject matter experts to assess impacts and help execute change tactics
- Work closely with project managers to embed change plans and provide consolidated reporting and updates
- Provide change management consulting and coaching to sponsors, project team members, leadership teams, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Prosci Change Management Certification Program or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional program
- Project Management certification
- At least 4 years of experience in organizational change management and/or project management
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development
