Job Description:

Affinity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the Primary Care Renewal Strategy, focusing on the transformation of primary care services and structures. This role will involve planning, analysis, and implementation of key initiatives to support strategy advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate plans and activities to support initiative and strategy advancement.
  2. Engage with staff and health system partners through facilitated sessions and workshops, gathering requirements, and process mapping.
  3. Analyze current and future states, including options analysis, and assess the feasibility, impact, effectiveness, and cost-benefit of potential initiatives.
  4. Draft documentation and business cases for potential procurement and/or budget submissions.
  5. Some in-province travel may be required.
Qualifications:
  1. At least five years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  2. Previous experience in healthcare, particularly Primary Care in Saskatchewan or other Canadian jurisdictions, is an asset.
  3. Experience at a senior level on at least one large complex project involving implementing major transformational changes to staff, business systems, and processes.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with experience working, influencing, and communicating effectively with all levels within a large complex organization.
  5. Strong facilitation skills with experience effectively facilitating large workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting findings.
  6. Excellent writing skills with experience drafting business cases, reports, plans, and proposals.
  7. Strong ability to translate between business/stakeholder groups and technical/IT groups.
  8. Familiarity with Virtual Care tools and technologies.

Hourly rate: $90 per hour.
