Machinist - Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Quality Machine Works Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to ensure accurate production
- Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to optimize production efficiency
- Set up and adjust production machinery to meet quality and production standards
- Verify dimensions of products using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve production issues
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
