CNC Machinist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Team Wood Kitchen Cabinets (2009) Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to understand production requirements.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance using precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain and repair precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts and components.
Work Environment:

The CNC Machinist will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will have accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.
