Senior Director, Real Estate Investments and Asset Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Real Estate Investments and Asset Management team. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and optimizing the value of our real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead investment transactions, including real estate acquisitions, provisions, and development, within the Quebec and Ontario markets.
- Execute detailed financial analyses and negotiate with external investor partners and property managers.
- Coordinate the preparation of documents introducing the company's Investment Committee and/or Board of Directors.
- Work with property managers to ensure the continued performance of assets and approve recommendations to enhance their value.
- Analyze and revise annual operating and capital budgets, business plans, and action plans.
- Manage and provide leadership in partner relations to uphold the group's interests and investment conventions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an investment strategy for the entire real estate portfolio.
- Follow real estate market indicators and macroeconomic forecasts to advise on their impacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Urban and Real Estate Planning, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in asset transactions and management.
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal colleagues and partners.
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel) and Argus software.
- Designated Certified Appraiser (an asset).
- Knowledge of the institutional real estate sector (an asset).
