Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Lead Sales Team: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, provide coaching and training, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Manage cash and inventory levels, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of office and volunteer staff, including payroll administration and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
