Job Title: ECHO Facilitator - Provincial Coordinator

Job Summary:

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ECHO Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-session virtual education programs provincially, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute multi-session virtual education programs provincially.
  • Oversee meetings and session logistics, including scheduling presenters/moderators, developing, collecting, sharing and printing relevant materials, guiding meeting agendas and preparing minutes.
  • Coordinate with administrative support to ensure booking rooms, online meeting spaces, and teleconference lines are booked.
  • Support the program with participant recruitment and communicate with healthcare provider participants and clinical educators before, during, and after the session to ensure they can adequately engage in the program.
  • Engage with diverse program stakeholders to understand their needs, support the evaluation of sessions and consider ways to integrate feedback to support high-quality services.
  • Support program communication materials, including updating content on the website and orientation packages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in health professional/clinical education.
  • Experience in curriculum design and multimedia education, including online learning.
  • Evidence of superior communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in health-related professions is required. A master's degree in a health discipline is preferred.
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and decision-making skills required.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of continuing medical/psychosocial education, the mental health and addictions system, digital health solutions and software (including Zoom) are required.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to manage their time, as well as organize and prioritize tasks is required.
  • Strong knowledge of various research and statistical methodologies, as well as, leading, planning and executing research projects.
  • Passion for health equity, and building capacity amongst Manitoba healthcare professionals.

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to work safely in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings.
  • May be required to travel throughout the service area requiring a valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle.
