Position Overview
Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled ECHO Facilitator to join our team. As a Provincial ECHO Facilitator, you will play a key role in planning and executing multi-session virtual education programs provincially.
Main Function
In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement education programs that support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health and addictions care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee meetings and session logistics, including scheduling presenters/moderators, developing materials, and guiding meeting agendas.
- Coordinate with administrative support to ensure booking rooms, online meeting spaces, and teleconference lines are booked.
- Support participant recruitment and communicate with healthcare provider participants and clinical educators before, during, and after the session.
- Engage with diverse program stakeholders to understand their needs and support the evaluation of sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in health professional/clinical education.
- Experience in curriculum design and multimedia education, including online learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in health-related professions is required. A master's degree in a health discipline is preferred.
- Coursework/certification in adult and/or continuing health professional education is an asset.
Working Conditions
- May be required to work safely in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings.
- May be required to travel throughout the service area requiring a valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle.
