The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Upton branch workshop, maintaining exceptional service standards for our clientele, and delegating daily operations in the department while respecting established profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and plan daily personnel operations in the workshop (technicians, technical adviser, court clerk, etc.)
- Manage personnel and ensure their development and training
- Participate in the department's hiring process
- Establish and maintain excellence in customer service by maintaining good business relationships, meeting deadlines, and working closely with other departments
- Follow up on emergency calls outside of working hours
- Implement strategies to achieve established objectives
- Manage the department's activities (management of work orders, invoicing, payments, deliveries, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (monitor, identify, correct)
- Participate in agricultural events to promote our company and its products
