Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the technical strategy for our software products, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of software development managers and engineers, providing guidance, direction, and coaching to ensure the successful execution of technical projects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the software development organization, encouraging experimentation, knowledge sharing, and learning.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors as needed to support software development projects and initiatives.
  • Create, grow, and develop high-performance teams, acting as a role model by embodying Workleap Platform Inc.'s values and coaching teams to grow to become future leaders in the organization.
Requirements:
  • Strong software development and systems design skills, with experience delivering SaaS software products leveraging software development best practices and processes.
  • Experience leading a team of a minimum of 3 software development managers and an organization of at least 25 developers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong cross-collaboration experience with executives across departments, including product, legal, sales, and HR.
  • Extensive experience with building and driving the successful execution of roadmaps.
  • Track record demonstrating a positive impact on team building and talent development.
  • SaaS industry experience, ideally from 2 different software companies.
