At World Courier of Canada Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate with customers and consignees to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.


Monitor and manage the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with cold chain management and basic DG regulations.


Maintain accurate records of shipments, including paperwork and inventory management.


Collaborate with the Dispatch Officer to ensure seamless communication and coordination of deliveries.


Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:


Current driver's license and good driving record.


Good knowledge of the metropolitan area and ability to navigate efficiently.


Pleasant and proactive manner with customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
