We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Line Technician to join our team at Pharmascience. Key Responsibilities- Execute line equipment dismantling and set-ups, ensuring the integrity of parts and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Responsible for completing parameter sheets, following established procedures, and updating documentation as required.
- Participate in component and bulk replenishment, supporting the proper operation of the production line and contributing to the achievement of production goals.
- Document and explain downtime causes, implementing solutions to minimize line downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, adhering to established procedures and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the line coordinator to analyze results, suggest improvements, and implement solutions to enhance quality and productivity.
- Participate in the preventive maintenance of line equipment, analyzing tasks and health and safety risks to identify areas for improvement.
- Good mechanical knowledge and self-reliance.
- Ability to work efficiently, meeting set deadlines and quality standards.
- Excellent team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to inform colleagues of past activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to participate in various analyses and suggest corrective or improvement measures.
- Must always wear individual protection equipment and work in a standing position.
- Ability to operate a barrel-lifter, electric and/or manual pallet truck, and handle loads up to 20 kg.
