About the Role

As a Truck Tire Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our team's success by performing tire removal, installation, and repairs for all OTR vehicles. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating and installing repaired or replacement tires and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tire-related tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Follow work order procedures and communicate effectively with Lead Hand
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player who is willing to pitch in and help out wherever needed
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence with clean abstract
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Exemplary customer service skills
