About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tire Fitter to join our team at Summit Truck & Equipment Repair in Salmo. As a member of the Sutherland Group of Companies, we value and prioritize the success of our team members and the community we serve.



Responsibilities

  • Perform tire removal, installation, and repairs for all OTR vehicles, adhering to standard operating procedures and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Follow work order procedures and communicate with the Lead Hand regarding required work.


Requirements

  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Be willing and able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Commit to safe work practices and provide exemplary customer service skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn, as well as be a team player who pitches in and helps out wherever needed.
