Contract Director

The Public Sector Employers' Council (PSEC) and Secretariat are seeking a highly skilled Contract Director to support in setting bargaining mandates consistent with its fiscal goals while providing employers with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for PSEA's member institutions and support collective bargaining by serving as lead spokesperson or an employer representative on local bargaining committees.
- Advise on matters related to contract interpretation and labour relations, coordinating with other PSEA staff as required.
- Lead negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, research, and principles of costing.
- Experience in a public sector environment, preferably with experience in collective bargaining and contract administration.
- Expert knowledge and experience in leading negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, research, and principles of costing.
- Proactive, able to work autonomously, and able to build relationships and garner trust and respect with a senior HR leader in the sector.

The salary range for this position is $145,661-$171,366 depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
