Sushi Preparer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Preparer to join our team at YNC Corporation. As a Sushi Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing and serving sushi dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook sushi dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Handle and store ingredients, including fish, vegetables, and other food items.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, such as knives, cutting boards, and cooking utensils.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
