Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of talent within the business, driving performance excellence and a positive workplace culture. This includes overseeing and innovating service offerings while managing expenditures, budgets and inventory levels.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, guests, Compass upper management, and key stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment.
  • Accountable for the financial success of operations through strategic planning, budget management, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue.
  • Oversee and manage operational planning, ensuring the maintenance of physical spaces and the seamless management of inventory and resources.

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least five years of senior-level experience in hospitality or food service management, including multi-unit oversight. Advanced certifications such as ProServe, Food Safe, or Basic First Aid are also required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is essential, and culinary skills or expertise in menu development and innovation would be an asset.
