Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated HVAC/Hydronic Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at EMCO Corporation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with vendors to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and emerging trends
  • Participate in trade shows and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning market

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Ability to learn and operate applicable software systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with or knowledge of hydronics or HVAC products
  • Ability to use the Internet as a resource to problem solve and find alternative solutions
  • Experience using Infor M3, Word, Excel, and Outlook
