Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Risk Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday, specifically in the area of Talent. As a Workday Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Workday solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and test the Workday Talent module for clients.
  • Lead design and confirmation sessions with clients to ensure successful implementations.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Requirements
  • Workday Certification in Talent.
  • Workday Certification with any other modules is a huge plus.
  • 3-5 years project implementation experience and/or experience leading at least 3 full life cycle Workday Talent implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Talent module and Workday Methodology.
  • Experience with tenant configurations and tenant builds.
