Cyber Security Risk Management Specialist

Join Outworks Solutions Private Limited as a Cyber Security Risk Consultant and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in identifying and mitigating cyber threats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating emerging cyber security threats, planning for disaster recovery, and monitoring for attacks and intrusions.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay Up-to-Date with Security Developments: Keep abreast of the latest security and technology advancements to ensure our organization remains secure.
- Research and Evaluate Emerging Threats: Conduct thorough research to identify and assess potential cyber threats, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Plan for Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a security breach.
- Monitor for Attacks and Intrusions: Continuously monitor our systems and networks for signs of unauthorized activity and take prompt action to prevent or contain incidents.
- Test and Evaluate Security Products: Assess the effectiveness of security products and recommend improvements to our security posture.
- Design and Implement Security Systems: Develop and implement new security systems or upgrade existing ones to ensure our organization remains secure.
- Use Advanced Analytic Tools: Utilize advanced analytic tools to identify emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to address them.
- Engage in Ethical Hacking: Conduct simulated security breaches to test our defenses and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and Implement Security Measures: Identify potential weaknesses and implement measures such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
- Investigate Security Alerts: Investigate security alerts and provide incident response to minimize the impact of security incidents.
- Monitor Identity and Access Management: Monitor identity and access management to prevent abuse of permissions by authorized system users.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders regarding cyber security issues and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Generate Reports: Develop reports for technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders to keep them informed of security-related matters.
- Maintain Security Risk Register: Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits related to information security.
- Monitor and Respond to Phishing: Monitor and respond to phishing emails and pharming activity to prevent security incidents.
- Assist with Cyber Security Awareness Training: Assist with the creation, maintenance, and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues.
- Provide Guidance: Provide guidance to staff on issues such as spam and unwanted or malicious emails.
