Agile Development Facilitator

Senior Scrum Master role at S.i. Systems to facilitate Agile development and ensure Scrum framework adherence for a large telco client in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile development process and ensure Scrum framework implementation.
- Collaborate with development team and product owner to define user stories and project goals.
- Organize and conduct daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with Media, TV, or Telco.
- Running Agile ceremonies and retro/demo meetings.
Additional Information:
Two Agile teams, two main products with a focus on front-end (Dynamics) interacting with the Product Owner and QA. Standard Agile ceremonies, retro, and demo are conducted in 3-week sprints. Experience with IOS, Media, or TV is a plus. Experience at a large telco is considered an asset.
