Role Overview

Nolinor Aviation is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This key role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, adapting to changing circumstances and maintaining communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Flight Operations Coordination: Supervise scheduled flights and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate unforeseen events.
  • Monitoring Delay and Incident Reports: Document operations and inform relevant departments for thorough follow-up.
  • Liaison with Crews and Partners: Maintain constant communication to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operational Link with Sales Teams and Client Representatives: Ensure ongoing communication to align operations with client expectations and business requirements.
Key Tasks
  • Manage flight schedules and make last-minute adjustments in coordination with the crew assignment coordinator.
  • Monitor and coordinate aircraft movements and flight plan adjustments to maintain punctuality.
  • Actively communicate with flight and cabin crew to provide updates on operational conditions.
  • Document and handle in-flight incidents to ensure traceability and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations management or flight coordination within the aviation sector.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and contingency management procedures.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
