Experience the Ultimate in Fleet Maintenance

At Vail Resorts, we're seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Whistler Blackcomb. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including trucks, UTVs, and outdoor power equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Service and maintain complex systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Automotive Red Seal or CQ / Red Seal certification, with experience in truck mechanics and familiarity with BRP or Yamaha UTVs.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License, with the ability to drive ATVs, trucks, and snowmobiles for equipment recoveries and on-hill temporary repairs.
