We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience processing full-cycle AP and be proficient with large accounting ERP systems. Responsibilities include processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests, and preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reconciling accounts payable transactions, monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date, and researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues. In addition, the candidate will maintain vendor files and manage vendor relations, assist with month-end closing, and provide supporting documentation for audits.
