Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for maintenance and cleaning projects.
  • Recommend additional services required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity is required for this role.
