Key Responsibilities

The Investor Relations Manager will play a crucial role in communicating the Bank's financial performance and strategy to the investment community. This includes assisting with the preparation of key IR deliverables, such as quarterly reports and analyst presentations.

Key Tasks
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports, including the Analyst Presentation and Marketing Deck.
  • Assist in tracking estimates published by the Bank's sell-side analysts.
  • Prepare materials for annual rating agency reviews.
  • Support the team in preparing and coordinating meetings with third-party vendors for market intelligence.
  • Participate in various projects and ad-hoc requests, including Investor Days and Board reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of financial statements and associated disclosure.
  • High proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, including familiarity with Excel shortcuts and formulas.
  • Familiarity with financial data platforms, such as Factset, CapIQ, Thomson ONE, and Bloomberg.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the Financial Institutions industry is preferred.
