About Us
Harwood Lloyd, LLC is a full-service law firm serving regional and individual clients by offering the personal attention and service of a boutique firm with the experience and quality of a large national firm.
We have grown to a roster of over 35 attorneys, each carefully selected to meet the increasing demand for sophisticated services in every segment of the metropolitan area's expanding market. Our talent has been recognized by top publications in the legal industry, including US News - Best Lawyers in America "Best Law Firms," 201 Magazine's Top Lawyers, and Super Lawyers.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of Office Management experience required working for a law firm.
- Human Resources experience required, including recruiting and benefits management.
- Payroll experience a plus.
- Ability to implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.

Work Schedule
