Insolvency Analyst

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in Langley. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for drafting documents, letters, and correspondence to clients, accurately entering data into internal systems, and analyzing reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and review documents, letters, and correspondence to clients
- Enter data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analyze reports, creditor claims, and income/expense information to ensure all required documents are attached and data is accurate
- Perform various duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department, including working with the local team and others within the organization
- Participate in community outreach and social media initiatives to promote personal debt solutions offerings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to stay organized in a busy work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
