Insolvency Analyst

BDO Canada is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in Langley. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for drafting documents, letters, and correspondence to clients, accurately entering documents into internal systems, and reporting analysis to ensure all required documents are attached and data is accurate.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and preparing documents, letters, and correspondence to clients
- Accurate data entry into internal systems, ensuring all required documents are attached and data is accurate
- Reporting analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various tasks, including community outreach and social media promotion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
