Our Langley office is looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions within our banking team in-office and own the following responsibilities:
- Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
- Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
- Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring and follow up by reviewing & entering income and expense information to ensure all required docs are attached, data entry to system, ensure payments are accurate.
- Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization
- Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

Your experience and education
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
- Ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
