We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at CANADA INC.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Planning Manager will play a crucial role in leading our sales team, overseeing payroll administration, planning and controlling budgets, and working closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, organizing, training, and managing a team of 5-10 people;
  • Planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments;
  • Establishing organizational policies and procedures related to sales;
  • Leading negotiations with business clients and managing sales contracts;
  • Organizing regional and divisional sales operations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
