Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in the treatment of Senior Wellness residents.
  • Assist in performing various components of the resident's treatment plan.
  • Perform treatments as prescribed and directed by the supervising Physiotherapist.
  • Conduct exercise classes and maintain a safe and tidy treatment area.
  • Communicate effectively with the PT/OT regarding resident status and treatment interventions.
  • Complete daily treatment records as directed.

Requirements:

  • Rehabilitation Assistant/Exercise Therapist/Physical Education academic background.
  • Previous experience in a Seniors' care setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and independent with a valid Vulnerable Sector screening check.
