Job Title: DTO Team Lead Accounting

We're seeking an experienced DTO Team Lead Accounting to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for driving corporate growth by facilitating software implementations and ensuring long-term feature adoption with our dealership customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of product and industry experts to execute project and installation plans, balancing the needs of team members with the company's objectives.
  • Coach dealership personnel in software, best practices, and change management to ensure successful adoption of our products and services.
  • Oversee ongoing projects, maintain issue alerts, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, dealership, or PBS environment.
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting and managing high-performing teams.
  • Thorough understanding of your silo and how it integrates with other areas of v10.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and available to travel within Canada and the US as required.
