Job Description

The Bakery Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and production to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (optional)
