Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Security Activities
    • Plan and schedule security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and response to emergencies.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services.
  • Supervise and Train Security Personnel
    • Supervise and evaluate the performance of security personnel to ensure they meet the required standards.
    • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs
    • Provide assistance to clients and guests with special needs, such as mobility or communication impairments.
  • Emergency Response and Crisis Management
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.
    • Coordinate with emergency services and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on security activities, incidents, and trends.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security personnel, incidents, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 hours per week
Working Conditions

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
