Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Lead Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Denwest Qsr. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 30 to 44 hours per week
