Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1342760 BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Work Environment

Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent standing and bending.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
