Responsibilities

We're currently recruiting for a Keyholder to join our team in Lac La Biche, AB. As a Keyholder, you'll assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations, including:

  • Sales and revenue growth
  • Expense management and control
  • Shrinkage and inventory management
  • Customer service and experience
  • Merchandising and visual displays
  • Freight and receiving

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • General experience in retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
