Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Director, Programme Manager, Finance Transformation to lead our finance transformation projects.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record in programme and project management, with experience delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage a varied portfolio of technical and non-technical business change projects.
  • Interact with senior managers across the Bank, including VP CFO, VP CTO, MDs within Finance and DF, and the Finance Management Team.
  • Lead a mixed team of business change specialists, Business Analysts, and dedicated Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements

">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in programme and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
