Client Advisor, Personal Insurance
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor, Personal Insurance to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and growing our business through new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to our existing client base
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our business
- Participate in up-sell and cross-sell initiatives to increase revenue
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Level 2 Insurance License or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance
- Working towards CAIB or CIP designation
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
