Job Title: Project Management Director
Bravo Target Safety is seeking an experienced Project Management Director to oversee a comprehensive range of project management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety and project management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of project managers who manage the deployment of safety personnel, equipment, and technology solutions to customer job sites.
- Ensure project management planning documents are consistently used throughout the company.
- Work closely with the Manager of Project Controls to ensure project margin targets are met.
- Develop and present project close-out reports to customers.
- Attend customer meetings and uphold company rules, policies, and procedures for quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working with Industrial Facility customers.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience directing, leading, and coordinating people, equipment, and work processes.
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Designation is an asset.
