Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Speculative Application. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality and Hygiene: Ensure that all products are displayed and stored in a clean and hygienic manner, and that all employees follow quality and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Knowledge: Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques, as well as knowledge of artisanal bakery and patisserie products.
  • Skills: Ability to manage a team, fluency in spoken and written French, and fluency in spoken English (asset).
  • Personal Qualities: Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
