Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team at CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for conducting various medical imaging exams and producing high-quality images using advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct medical imaging exams using X-ray, CT, MRI, and other imaging modalities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging quality and patient satisfaction
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements

  • Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology from a recognized institution
  • Membership in the Order of Professional Technologists in Radiology of Quebec
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
