Job SummaryAs a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. You will utilize specialized equipment to capture medical images that aid physicians in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
Responsibilities- Perform a comprehensive range of radiographic examinations, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
- Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Possess a recognized college diploma in Radiodiagnostic Technology from an accredited institution.
- Hold active membership in good standing with the Professional Order of Radiology Technologists of Quebec.
