Sustainable Building Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Building Architect to join our team at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable building solutions that minimize environmental impact while meeting the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sustainable building designs that meet or exceed industry standards for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that building designs meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for sustainable building design and implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote sustainable building practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainable building design and implementation.
- Minimum degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainable building design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
