We are seeking a highly skilled Data Martech Solutions Specialist to join our team at Pelmorex Corp. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, and client engagement specialists to resolve technical support items related to our 1st party Martech platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a technical SME across all our Data and Adtech products.
  • Proactively detect and troubleshoot issues by serving as the liaison between sales, internal product, and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to help teams build long-term solutions that improve product usability and platform experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Ad Operations role, ideally within an agency or DSP.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience executing digital campaigns on DSPs (Engagefront/DV360/Trade desk etc).
  • A strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with agencies and best practices around data.
  • Adept at navigating the intricacies of technical systems (Eg. Bidding, targeting, and attribution).
  • Able to read basic HTML and JS as they relate to ad serving and tracking technologies.
  • Able to troubleshoot server responses using Charles or browser DevTools.
  • A proactive problem solver, who is highly curious, and results-oriented.
  • The drive to dig deeply into technical details with clients and internal stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Ability to manage and support multiple projects independently - adjust based on changing priorities.
  • The ability to balance the needs of the customer while maintaining corporate objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
