Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location.

 

Job Description

The ideal candidate will act as a champion for our solution, engaging other departments and possibly other business units and field partners. They will develop and maintain excellent relationships with advisors through email, conference calls, and scheduled office visits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, acting professionally and in alignment with Société Financière Manuvie values, and managing any business and regulatory requirements that may impact a solution.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, recruitment, training, compliance, and other support teams.
  • Acting as a liaison between advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Providing expert knowledge of technology used by advisors, including back-office systems, portfolio management tools, and financial planning software.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
