Position Overview:
Metroworth Consulting Limited is seeking a Construction Module Lead for a prominent Oil and Gas client, focusing on their operations in China.

Contract Duration:
Estimated 18-month engagement

Work Location:
Yard in China

Compensation:

Important Note:
Applicants must be locally based and possess full working rights in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Overview:
    This role involves oversight of the Raia FPSO greenfield project, currently in the detailed engineering and execution phase, with construction activities distributed across various global locations. The focus will be on monitoring construction efforts at Bomesc Yard in China.
  2. Role Duties:
    The Construction Module Lead will oversee all aspects of engineering, procurement, construction, completion, and pre-commissioning activities for assigned modules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.

Expectations for the Module Manager:

  1. Serve as a safety advocate at the yard
  2. Exemplify safety, quality, and teamwork
  3. Uphold project values and safety principles
  4. Demonstrate adherence to the company's Code of Conduct

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in the preparatory and execution phases of projects.
Extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
Familiarity with the company's operational methodologies is advantageous.
Strong construction knowledge and experience in offshore platform or FPSO projects are essential.
Leadership experience is preferred.
A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards is desired.
