Position Overview:
Metroworth Consulting Limited is seeking a Construction Module Supervisor for a prominent Oil and Gas client operating in the Asian region.

Contract Duration:
Estimated 18-month engagement

Work Location:
Yard in Asia

Compensation:

Important Note:
Candidates must be locally situated and possess full working rights in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Overview:
    This role is associated with a Brazilian FPSO greenfield initiative currently in the detailed engineering and execution phase. Engineering and construction efforts will be distributed across various global locations, with this position focusing on construction activities at the designated yard.
  2. Role Duties:
    The individual will oversee all aspects of engineering, procurement, construction, completion, and pre-commissioning tasks related to the assigned modules, ensuring effective collaboration with the Seller and subcontractors.

The Construction Module Supervisor will:

  1. Promote safety standards at the yard
  2. Exemplify safety, quality, and teamwork
  3. Uphold project values and standards
  4. Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in project preparation and execution
Extensive experience may compensate for lesser formal education
Familiarity with company operations is advantageous
Strong construction expertise
Experience in construction yards for offshore platforms or FPSO projects
Leadership experience is beneficial
A collaborative team player with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards
