Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at KD Construction Group Ltd. As a General Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including design, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the quality of work.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and schedules.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
